   The company "TyumenPromMontazh" executes work of any scale – from equipping of country houses small boiler-houses to installation of large industrial pipelines. Designing and erecting pipelines systems we take into account all characteristics of the existing water supply system (pressure, temperature, a premise peculiarities) for the executed work to meet all the quality standards.

   "TyumenPromMontazh" is also engaged in risers and heating radiators replacement. Unlike many other companies offering the same services we work also with large diameter pipes and execute all work in the strictly set time limit. Execution of a rusk work is possible.

Water Supply Systems Design and Installation Specifications

   There are the following kinds of heating appliances: cast iron, aluminium, steel, bimetallic, sectional radiators, channel radiators, tubular heating appliances and convectors.

By construction radiators are classified:

  1. Sectional and modular of cast iron, aluminium, steel, bimetallic;
  2. Column-type of steel, aluminium or other colouring metals.
  3. panel of steel.

The following demand is placed on heating supply systems:

  1. strength, tightness and ability to hold pressure of water or air, exceeding not less than in 1.5 times maximum working pressure but not less than 0.6 mPa.
  2. Heating appliances of undismountable elements must hold static strength pressure tests by pressure not less than 3.0 of maximum working pressure.
  3. Thermal resistance of a protective-decorative coat which protects the construction from corrosion.
  4. A surface evenness (there must not be any burrs, sharp edges and other defects that can injure people).
  5. Details threads must correspond to State Standards for pipe and metric threads with admissible deviations defined in the standard GOST 16093.

Special features of steel (of sheet and coil steel) and cast radiators:

  1. On radiators walls there must not be corrosion marks.
  2. A radiator walls thickness must be not less than 1,2 mm.
  3. Cast aluminium radiators must be fabricated of aluminium composite metals that provide necessary technological and design parameters of castings. Thickness of a wall that is in contact with water must be not less than 1,5 mm.
  4. Aluminium radiators must be fabricated of an extruded profile in the standard GOST 8617. Thickness of a wall is not less than 1,5 mm.

For compliance with the requirements the following tests are made:

  1. Èñïûòàíèÿ íà ïðî÷íîñòü è ãåðìåòè÷íîñòü - ãèäðàâëè÷åñêèå èñïûòàíèÿ âîäîé òåìïåðàòóðîé (20 ± 15) â Ñ  
    Strength and tightness tests are pressure tests by water with temperature (20 ± 15) in C or by air by dipping a device in a tank filled with water. Tests are made on a properly certified table during the time necessary for defects isolation but not less than 30 s by a water test and 5 s – by an air test. By a water test a table must provide air elimination of a heating appliance cavity. After the test water of the appliances is removed. If in a heating appliance there are defects by a pressure test, improvement of which is possible, then after their improvement it is subject to a repeated test.
  2. A static strength test – determine by pressure tests. Upper limit of a manometer used by tests measurement must not exceed testing pressure more than twofold. If by rise of pressure with the speed not more than 0.5 M Pa/min to maximum pressure there will not be a heating appliance destruction, a heating appliance (section) is considered to pass the test.

The following special features of erection and operation are marked:

  1. Necessity to provide safety and tightness of all junctions.
  2. A heating system must be constantly filled with water. Emptying of the system is allowed only in extreme cases for a term no more than 15 days during a year.
  3. It is necessary to clean carefully a heating system of construction waste and different pollutions.
